My name is Brad Klatke and I’m the owner of ARK Home Inspections + Radon Detection and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector®. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities. Before becoming a licensed home inspector, I worked for 30 years in the construction industry.

Jacob Diaz CPI, is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with InterNACHI since 2014, bringing over 18 years of experience in building services. He began his career as a service technician, working with mechanical, refrigeration, general construction, HVAC and electrical systems, and later advanced to facility manager, overseeing operations and maintenance of commercial properties.
